The mist hid the old bricks piled on top of each other to make a towering castle. In the deep depths of the ancient building sat a room inside that room was Lady Macbeth…

Sitting in the royal green chair next to the birch table was Lady Macbeth. As the candle flickered Lady Macbeth anxiously tapped her long, sharp, blood-red nails on the splintered wood. The harsh wind blew through her silky hair.

Her husband burst through the wooden doors, with his lip trembling he finally mumbled comma “the deed has been done” he pulled out the bloody daggers and stared at the blood bath they were making

“good, now take them back to the guards and smother them with blood!” said Lady Macbeth with a disgusted look on her face.

“no! I cant methought I heard a voice cry, ‘sleep no more! Macbeth does murder sleep- the innocent sleep” Macbeth said horrified

“inform of purpose, give me the daggers I will do it” lady Macbeth said.

Ulama 

Are you tired of playing: Football, Netball, Basketball or Rugby? If so, why not give Ulama the famous Mayan game a try. 

The equipment you will need is: 

A loin cloth, 

Hip guards, 

Thick girdle, 

Knee pads, 

Type of garter, 

Headdresses, 

And a Helmet. 

 Ulama is played on a court called Tastei, it involves two teams, & a large, hard, rubber ball. Ulama unlike other ball game you can never ever use your hands or feet you can only use your elbows, knees & hips. The aim of the game is the get the large, hard, rubber ball into a stone ring and score a point. 

In order to play Ulama you of course you need to know how to play it.  

When playing Ulama the first thing you should know is to never let the ball touch anything other than your elbows, knees & hips. You should also know that when you get the large rubber ball through the stone ring your team gets a point and the first team to get eight points winns, in ancient time the loser team would be sacrificed also in the ancient times only prisoners were to play but now in the modern days, anyone can play and no one would be sacrificed. The game used to go on forever but now it is stopped after two hours. On each team there can be up to 5-12 players. 

Luckily you didn’t play this game in the ancient times or you would be… A SACRAFICE TO THE GODS!!!   now you know how to play Ulama I hope you enjoy playing it. 😊

Who knows what the polar bear sees with its beady eyes, swimming across what used to be its home. 

Who knows what the polar bear sees her paws trembling in horror, it stares down its prey. 

Who knows what the polar bear sees as litter arrives at his door he stared at it knowing it was the objects that polluted her world. 

Who knows what the Pola bear sees a future as black as soot unless actions change the worlds death is afoot.
