We only have one world

I walked along the street and saw…

A homeless man sitting in the doorway

I turned a corner and then I heard…

Children laughing as they play.

I walked along the street and saw…

Grey smoke polluting the skies

I turned a corner and then I heard…

A bee buzzing around the beautiful flowers.

I walked along the street and saw…

Plastic litter blowing in the wind

I turned a corner and then I heard…

The birds singing their beautiful song.

I walked along the street and saw…

My local park being demolished for houses

I turned a corner and then I heard…

The trees breathing and swaying in the wind.

Nature Poem

Who knows what the buzzard sees as it swoops through the choking air with factory after factory polluting the atmosphere which seems unfair.

Who knows what the buzzard sees searching for prey amongst lots of litter. Selfish, irresponsible and rude acts by human beings who must be bitter.

Who knows what the buzzard sees amongst the litter free trees. The blue sky now pollution free.

Buzzard poem

Who knows what the buzzard sees

as it swoops through the choking air with

factory after factory polluting the atmosphere,

which seems so unfair!

Who knows what the buzzard sees

searching for prey amongst lots of litter.

Selfish,

irresponsible and

rude acts

by human beings who must be bitter.

Polar Bears

Who knows that the polar bears die every day looking for another way!

Who knows that they jump from bridge to bridge running away from troublesome humans!

Who knows that they are swallowed up by the deep dark sea just wanting to be free!

Who knows that polar bears get hunted by the menacing people as they hunt and never stop!

Who knows that polar bears suffer as they run towards there doom and never come back!

Who knows that polar bears will come extinct if we don’t act now!

Nature

As I hear the echo of a squawk

Squawk,

In the midnight haunting chill. Bark shadows it’s eerie beautiful feet.

Like a reflection of a rainbow,

Which beams brighter than can be.

Lighter and higher the parrot glides free.

Who knows what he sees?

Who knows what the polar bear sees,

Sheet white paper getting torn up in front of him.

Who knows what the polar bear sees,

The world shrinking around his sin.

Who knows what the polar bear sees,

The floor break away at his feet like shattered glass.

Who knows what the polar bear sees, as he collapses in the deep icy sea.

Who knows what the polar bear sees…?

Over the Wall

I saw a future full of dreams.

I saw a free-flowing litter stream.

I saw a land embracing nature.

I saw a environment for every creature.

I saw a bird fly in a smoke free sky.

I saw a green tree up high.

I saw a clear blue river glow.

I saw a big black bird fly so low.

I saw a future if smiles.

I saw a land scape that went on for miles

Who knows what its seen?

Who knows what a tree has seen seeing the worst things that could possibly be and bring out the best in humanity.

Who knows about the deep blue sea and how old it could be?

Who knows about the sand and what its seen sitting still in the ancient, thriving sea?

Who knows what the sky will see whilst looking down at me?

Who knows what nature sees from the trees, the sky and the deep, blue sea?
